Spring 2018 straight from the Catwalk

I couldn't help but take a peak at the ready to wear Spring 2018 collections.
I have pulled out all of my favourite looks. Some of these collections made me squeal and fall back in love with fashion again. Collaborating with brands I regularly siv through websites and pull out my favourite pieces, but this can sometimes be hard for me as I do have a particular taste. I like very classic flattering shapes and stick to quite a limited colour palette. I like staples and shapes that are timeless and that you can wear again. Being petite I tend to have to wear fitted clothes other wise I can just look swamped and even shorter! I tend to wear a lot of plunge, mini, midi and fitted clothes as I find they are the most flattering on me. Bright colours and obvious trends that are going to run straight into the ground I tend to stay away from as you can only really wear them once and I find it hard to part with clothes. I hold onto things for years thinking I might wear it again when in reality I never will. I hope you can get a real feel for my style and taste in this post and I hope you enjoy!

ALEXANDER WANG

Lots of cute layering.

Sports stripes coming through onto leathers.

BALENCIAGA

Leopard print, slogan tees and cool ass denim.

BALMAIN

Killer jackets and killer leather boots.

Balmain always have the best detailed dresses.

CALVIN KLEIN

I love leather pencil skirts and the dyed leather effect on these ones.

CELINE

Oversized soft tailoring and a leather trench coat, yes please.

CHLOE

My favourite print of all time... snake print!

The boots are my favourite.

DIOR

Loving the tassel jacket with Christian Dior slogan on the front for summer.

Fur coats, always.

DOLCE & GABBANA

Blazers and power dressing, my favourite look.

The jewelled shoes are fabulous.

ELLIE SAAB

My favourite collection BY FAR. I literally need everything. The python prints, white tailoring with metallic accessories and fringed skirts, the perfect spring/summer combo.

GIVENCHY

Power dressing suit and fabulous military coat.

HELMUT LANG

The detailing on the womens leather dresses are fabulous.

Loving the styling on the mens.

JASON WU

LOVE the wet look slick hair. The inter wrapping detailing on the dress is a lovely twist.

and of course a girly rose mesh pleated dress.

JULIEN MACDONALD

These kind of outfits make you wish you were famous.
I feel like this first look is something that Bella Hadid would wear and look like a goddess in.

The detailing and shapes of all these dresses are a whole lotta me.

LOUIS VUITTON

My main focus here is on the detailing of the jackets, each jacket is so different and unique.
The styling with the trainers are also very cute.

MOSCHINO

There was a lot of colourful Tuttu's in the collection which are definitely not for me.
But these two grunge looks are with the leather, studded boots, shorts and lots of jewellery.

MUGLER

When a collection is just everything you love in fashion.

Power shoulders and plunge.

Sexy off the shoulder nude bodysuit's.

More fabulous power dressing.

VERSACE

Leather and detailing, I'm a sucker for studding and embellishment.

I hope you have loved this post as much as I loved creating it and I would love if you could let me know any of your favourite looks or pieces in the comment section below!
